When you choose a monthly package, you’re committing to a retainer that covers a set number of hours for that month. These hours are paid in advance, and any extra hours beyond the agreed amount will be billed at a standard hourly rate. This ensures you have reliable support for ongoing legal work from a knowledgeable paralegal.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a given month?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. It would take away time from us to keep track of roll over hours. We rather focus valuable time on your legal needs so we simplified our packages to operate on a "use or lose" basis. Simply plan ahead and use your hours within the month to get the most value. We recommend staying proactive to use what you paid for.

What are the benefits of having RPS on retainer?
